2007 Volunteer Survey

Help us improve our volunteer program!  Answer the questions below and give us as much detailed information as possible, so we can make adjustments to our policies and methods.

This document is read-only.  To complete the survey, copy and paste the questions into the body of an email (or to a Word document and attach) and send to volunteerc@ttlc.net, or print out and mail to:  Volunteer Manager, Cocheco Valley Humane Society, 262 County Farm Road, Dover, NH  03820.

1. What do you enjoy about volunteering for CHVS?

2. What suggestions do you have for areas in need of improvement?

3. How is your relationship with CVHS employees?  Is there anyone you would like to recognize for doing a good job (either with the animals or volunteers)?  Is there anyone who needs to work on their communication with volunteers, or could improve in other areas?

4. How do you feel about the volunteer program and policies (orientation, training, etc.)?

5. Do you feel appreciated and recognized by staff members for your efforts as a volunteer?

6. What ideas do you have for the organization in general (in the shelter, programs and services, events, etc)?

7. Are there any issues or occurrences that you would like to address with the volunteer manager or executive director?
